Well, another Memphis entertainment resource has taken their imitation a bit too far.
They recently ran a sponsored ad in a major search engine titled : "We represent Memphis Sound."
Well, that's simply not true!
They do not represent Memphis Sound™, Never Have, and Never Will!
Nor do they provide the high quality production work and expertise that we offer from our IN-HOUSE facility!
Yes, once again they've misrepresented themselves as representing our production, bands, and services!
HEY GUYS, WE'RE FLATTERED & GLAD YOU NOTICED!
(Well, Yahoo! noticed, too, and removed their fraudulent sponsored ad!)
It's not the first time, but this time we had to take action to stop their fraud for two reasons:
#1 They were knowingly and willfully in violation of our Memphis Sound™ Trademark!
#2 It's just not fair to the clients who are specifically looking for Memphis Sound™!
